Jessica V. Freestone
JESSICA V. FREESTONE has performed as both a dancer and actress for twenty-nine years, appearing on television, film, radio, and in numerous live productions. She has been an actress and choreographer with OpenStage Theatre since 1992 and made her directorial debut in 2003 with Who Will Carry the Word? Jessica has received OpenStage OPUS Awards for Best Actress for her roles as Catherine in Proof and Sarah Chandler in The Living and Best Supporting Actress for her role as Adela in The House of Bernarda Alba. Other appearances with OpenStage include the title roles in Saint Joan, Romeo and Juliet and Ondine, and leading roles in The Comedy of Errors, You Can’t Take It With You, Much Ado About Nothing, Come Back to the Five and Dime Jimmy Dean Jimmy Dean and, The Miser. Jessica was the Artistic Director for Canyon Concert Ballet from 2007 to 2011 and a Producing Artistic Director for openstage etc from 2004 to 2007. She is currently employed as an Internet Technology Quality Assurance Contractor at OtterBox.
