Bryn Frisina

BRYN FRISINA has worked with OpenStage Theatre since 2018 and currently serves as Company Manager. In 2022, she received the OpenStage OPUS Award for Outstanding Actress for her role as Elinor in Sense and Sensibility. Bryn earned her BFA in Acting from Syracuse University, a program through which she also studied abroad at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London. After graduating, Bryn moved to New York City to pursue a career in the arts and worked on several off and off-off Broadway productions in various roles. Notably, in 2013, she was given the opportunity to produce her original play, Breaking Heels, off-Broadway through the Araca Project. After a decade on the East Coast, Bryn is excited to be back in her hometown, spending this chapter of her theatre life with OpenStage. She would like to thank her family and friends for a lifetime of support and love.
