bio JACCIE SERBUS is finishing her third year at Colorado State University. Her name has been appearing in OpenStage Theatre programs since 2004, frequently as an electrician on set-in crews. Over the years, Jaccie has advanced in the production staff to a board operator for Picnic, Man of la Mancha and Little Shop of Horrors and a stagehand for The Threepenny Opera. Make-up and costumes came into play when she appeared as a maid in OpenStage Theatre's production of Dirty Blonde. Jaccie added the spoken word to her theatrical repertoire when she appeared in Nickel and Dimed. Pride and Prejudice gave her an opportunity to be a stage manager for the main OpenStage season in addition to her stage management for openstage etc's Third and The Maiden's Prayer. Most recently, Jaccie worked with Colorado State University Theatre as the stage manager for Edmond and the assistant lighting designer for Oh! What a Lovely War and appeared onstage as the Fairy Cobweb in A Midsummer Night's Dream. She is looking forward to working with CUS Theatre this summer for the Sunset Series productions of Romeo and Juliet and The Two Gentleman of Verona. |
